DAF Pool and Spa Cover Fabrics
DAF guarantees that our safety pool fabrics will meet your demanding pool cover needs and perform to your complete satisfaction.  DAF safety pool fabrics are available in a two- color (front and back) version as well as solid colors.  We can also perfectly match any color you desire, as a special order. 
 
DAF 10-CN, vinyl coated polyester safety pool cover fabric is a tough lightweight coated fabric.  Weighing 10 ounce per square yard, no fabric matches the lightweight, high strength characteristics of this cover material. It has added UV protection and chemical resistance.  DAF 10CN is a long lasting lightweight safety pool cover fabric with anti-bacterial and mildew resistance.   Standard colors are dark green and royal blue.  Standard widths are 49”, 55”, 61”, and 73”.
 
DAF 12-9 is a laminated 12 oz safety cover that is manufactured with a 1,000 denier polyester reinforcing scrim. This is to ensure against tears, while placing and removing these covers. DAF 12-9 offers a low abrasion, matte embossed finish, and this can also be manufactured in a polish embossing, if your business demands a gloss finish.  Most importantly, UV inhibitors protect your investment and mildew inhibitors protect against mold and mildew growth on the fabrics surface. DAF 12-9 is a long lasting protection for your safety pool cover.  Standard fabric is two colored, green face and royal blue back.  Solid colors are available upon request.   Standards widths are 49”, 55”, 61” and 73”.
 
DAF 14-CN is a vinyl-coated polyester safety pool cover or automatic cover fabric.  This fabric can be used as a safety cover or an automatic cover. It is a tough medium weight coated fabric.  DAF 14CN has a superior tensile and tear strength and adhesion along with added UV protection and chemical resistance.  Standard widths are 61” and 73”. 
 
DAF 18-CN is a vinyl-coated polyester safety pool cover or automatic cover fabric.   This 18 oz fabric is one of our toughest coated fabrics available for pool covers. Weighing 18 ounce per square yard, no fabric matches the high strength and abrasion characteristics of this cover material. With added UV protection and chemical resistance, DAF 18CN comes with a soft hand and is available in 61”.  We will match your color with a minimum order.
 
DAF SPA MESH is a polyvinyl chloride polyester mesh fabric.  DAF SPA MESH is oil resistant, water–resistant and ultraviolet radiation resistant, making it an ideal fabric used in Spa Covers.   It is reinforced with 9x9 500 x 500 denier polyester.  The standard width is 48”.  The standard color is black, but other colors and widths are available on request.
